In the 17 plus years being colleagues with Nancy, she has always demonstrated the ability to work well with others, responsibility and perform as instructed. On a personal level, Nancy has always showed a great love for animals and has been supportive of others in times of need. About a year ago I received the heartbreaking news that my dog had a tumor. Nancy was there for me every step of the way. One afternoon, I got a call from the vet requiring me to leave work and drive an hour away to pick my dog up from the hospital. After receiving permission, Nancy accompanied me on this trip and held my Linda in the back seat the entire time making sure she was comfortable. Her nurturing ability and passion for helping animals makes her a great candidate for any position in this field.

Nancy is my dog walker. Her approach is very professional and pet conscious. Nancy is very dependable and trustworthy. I know I can call on Nancy whenever I need help with my dog Sadie. She is even great with last minute calls also, if something comes up and I can't get home in time to cars for Sadie. She is very conscientious and always leaves a note.I highly recommend Nancy, if you need someone took care for your pets. I can always tell that Sadie is happier when she's had a walk with Nancy. Sadie is a Boston Terrier, she seems to smile more than usual on those days.

We have used Nancy for dog walking and pup sitting for our dog and foster dogs. She is professional and very intuitive when it comes to animals. She has been wonderful and patient with several of the foster dogs we have had. She is also extremely gentle and careful when having to walk and watch over our older dog. Her prices are very reasonable especially for the kind of service she is providing. We are grateful for her services as it has allowed us the flexibility to do activities that don't allow pets without having to worry about our four legged family members

I have found the services of Jojo & Kiko Pet services, to be excellent. Nancy Chan, the owner, is a very caring, conscientious, and dependable person. She goes out of her way to give the kind of service that you deserve but seldom receive today. I have hired Nancy, for my elderly mother, to help care her two cats when I am away on vacation. My mom has nothing but praise for the service she has received as well how enjoyable she finds it to do business with Nancy. For myself, when I am away, I am now able to rest more comfortably at night and enjoy my vacation more knowing that Nancy will ensure my mom's cats are well taken care of. If you need pet services for yourself or a loved one, I highly recommend Jojo and Kiko Pet services; you can't do better..

Nancy is very professional, prompt and friendly. She takes care of Tyson and is very patient and friendly with him. She knows how to make him comfortable and playful. She has really good energy with Tyson and I am sure with other dogs as well.

If someone said, "Say something nice about Nancy C", I'd tell him how caring she is: about how she called me once, a few days after I mentioned how alone I sometimes felt when home, and asked if I wanted a tiny, abandoned cat. How she and a friend bring us both (Paparazzi and I) to the animal hospital to tend to his ailments. How she soothed two souls with one meeting.
I would mention how strong she is, and how I sometimes wish that some of her inner strength would conveniently transfer into the hearts of many, including myself.
I would then note how much fun she is! How she so quickly and happily helped my crew as we gathered together some people to make an awesome music video.
He'd hear about all of those things, and I'd then add how thoroughly precise she is. How her questions aren't always asked because she doesn't know; rather, she would like for you to think. Perhaps think harder. Don't get me wrong: some of her questions are exactly because she doesn't know the answer, but that's okay, too. I'd add how genuine she is, and how her authenticity is such a refresher in these days of fraudulence.

Nancy Chan is highly professional and reliable. She has a warm, engaging manner. Nancy answered my phone call promptly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I trusted her in my home. Nancy clearly loves animals and connected with our cat, Jack, very well. Nancy took pictures of Jack and sent them via text each time she came to feed him -- this was a nice touch! Her fees are quite reasonable. I recommend her services without reservation.

Highly Recommend!!
I would highly recommend Nancy for any pet services. I trust her completely and she is great with our cat while we are away. It's nice to know he is well taken care when we can't be home with him. She is very thorough, is in touch after every visit and I love that she sends us pictures and videos too.

We have worked with Nancy a few times now, and found her to be superb. We have a mixed breed, Rascal, who is energetic and needy. Nancy was willing to be flexible and helpful planning out a schedule so Rascal was well cared for while we took a short trip. Nancy is caring, professional and saw to all of Rascal's needs. Exercise, feeding, companionship and was always very reliable. I love that she gave us updates and pictures while we were away. Nancy is excellent and we highly recommend her.

We have used JoJo and Kiko Pet Services for over 2 years in the care of our Boxer, Nikki. Nancy Chan, owner, is a wonderful, caring person who is extremely knowledgeable in the care of animals and loves what she does. Nancy is a very reliable, trustworthy and pleasant person to work with and we know that Nikki just loves being with her. Nancy has also provided some excellent training for Nikki during their time together as well as some very wise advice to us as pet owners along the way. We look forward to continuing the use of Nancy's services well into the future.

Nancy has been taking care of my 3 bulldogs for over 2 years and she's been great! She is reliable, trustworthy, responsible and has always done more than expected for my dogs. I get daily texts and pictures from her visit and you can tell they are having a great time. They are a handful so it took me a long time to find someone I can trust and I couldn't ask for anyone better!

Nancy has been so caring, patient and loving with BeeBop since day 1. He's a stubborn frenchie, but she's always approached him with patience and thoughtfulness in trying different ways to give him an enjoyable daily walk. BeeBop loves Nancy and we completely trust her to take great care of our "firstborn." We're moving and if we could bring her with us we would! She has walked and boarded BeeBop and I highly recommend her services!
